The Constitutional Alliance is a community of individuals and organizations working as a nonpartisan team whose stated mission is “preserve state and national sovereignty, and the unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as written in the Declaration of Independence and protected under the Bill of Rights of the United States of America”.
The Constitutional Alliance works through education by educating legislators, pastors, attorneys, governors, and the public.  The primary founding team had been focused on the "mandated biometric movement" since early 2001.  The founding team included Mark Lerner, Steve Meyer, Kaye Beach, and 21 groups who together drafted the Mission Statement of the Constitutional Alliance.
We are NOT lobbyists, we don’t have deep reservoirs of cash for self-funding, we don’t allow big donors to alter our course, and we ask people to financially support the work we do.
